Rolls range from 0.00 to 100.00. Over means strictly above; under means strictly below. Equality loses. Multiplier = 99 ÷ nominal chance (%). Returns include the play amount and round down to 0.01 TEST. The 10,001-outcome model and rounding make the actual return slightly lower than the nominal 99%.

This is AverageDad’s published implementation. It uses casino-style Dice rules with its own independently verifiable random generator.
